Production Support:Develop plating processes for production lines.Provide day-to-day production troubleshooting and support.Document all applicable procedures, work instructions, and other engineering documentation.Provides necessary process-related training with production and other support personnel.Process Control and Improvement:Analyzes, develops, and recommends methods to meet and improve production requirements including quality, turnaround, and economy.Establishes, analyzes, and acts upon measures of performance related to processes.Provides support in the corrective actions of quality related issues and works to reduce process variations and improve reliability and consistencyPosition Requirements:Enrollment in a BA/BS Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Metallurgical Engineering required.Capability of using statistical tools and design of experiments for process improvementStrong planning, organizational, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, decision making, oral and written communication skills.Strong project management skills and experience with the use of project management toolsWorking knowledge of PC’s and various other software systemsEmployees are regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.
