In this role I...- Support and coach volunteers, university staff, and students across 200+ colleges/universities. - Review and evaluate campus concerns, policies, actions, or documents (campus relationship agreements) for requirements that disregard the rights of private member organizations.- Communicate and partner with university administrators member organizations and fraternal partners to find creative policy solutions. - Educate and clarify NPC policies, best practices, and procedures. - Create and distribute communications, web resources, and newsletters to Alumnae and College Panhellenics.- Develop and present/facilitate NPC educational programs such as student programming at regional conferences, volunteer training, and training for campus-based professionals and university administrators. - Develop, present, and evaluate relevant and effective training for volunteers including specifically assisting with the planning and execution of College Panhellenics Committee training.- Served on strategic committees and task forces such as the Recruitment Reform Committee (Education and Transparency) and Recruitment Contingencies Task Force. - Organize and execute annual awards programs for Alumnae & College Panhellenics.- Build relationships with and serve as a resource to fraternity/sorority advisors and other campus partners.- Collaborate with industry partners to ensure educational programs are relevant and effective. - Serve as a staff liaison to College Panhellenic Associations and the volunteers who work with those associations (area advisors and area advisor coordinators).- Support the Extension Committee and coaching campuses and College Panhellenics to consider adding a new chapter to their campus.- Contribute to the development and implementation of the 2020-22 NPC Strategic Plan and NPC Strategic Framework.

In this role, I...- Advised the College Panhellenic Council, National Pan-Hellenic Council, and 6 chapters across NPC, IFC and NPHC. - Created and implemented assessment for chapters, house directors, council officers, and new members. - Coordinated the selection, training and development of student leaders, with some assessments spanning thousands of data points.- Facilitated a week-long sorority recruitment process for roughly 1,400 potential new members. - Developed an emerging leaders program, EMERGE, aimed at promoting leadership development, personal and professional development, civic engagement, and identity development. - Organized and led House Director meetings for all housed Greek organizations and Greek Council meetings, for council officers and chapter presidents across IFC, NPHC, and Panhellenic. - Organized and facilitated the accreditation process for all 32 Greek organizations on campus and re-develop the Greek Awards program. - Assembled individual and organizational conduct information for community scorecards spanning 7,000+ members and 32 organizations. - Coordinated departmental social media efforts across Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook, increasing number of followers and engagement.

In this role I.... - Executed benchmarking and assessment research project for the University of Houston-Student Centers including areas pertaining to long-term event planning, marketing of event services and reservation logistics. - Created and compile a database to house pictures of events in the history of the Student Center, pictures of student leaders and award winners from various wall displays in the Student Center. - Assisted with Student Center events throughout the semester as necessary. - Shadowed full time professional staff members in daily job functions.
