Jeffrey Jamison manages and represents BMO in a wide range of litigation matters, as well as providing regulatory advice. Mr. Jamison regularly appears on panels at Industry conferences presenting on a broad range of issues from regulatory compliance to litigation management to workplace diversity. Mr. Jamison also represents individuals in various civil rights matters on a pro-bono basis.

Jeffrey Jamison manages a wide range of litigation matters and provides regulatory advice to BMO Harris N.A.'s Personal and Commercial Banking lines of business focusing on account products and services, and retail and commercial real estate. Mr. Jamison regularly appears on panels at Industry conferences presenting on a broad range of issues from regulatory compliance to litigation management to workplace diversity. Mr. Jamison also represents individuals in various civil rights matters on a pro-bono basis.

Jeffrey Jamison is an associate in Dykema’s Chicago office and a co-editor of Dykema’s CFPB-lawblog, focused on the activities of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and CFS-lawblog, providing news and analysis of consumer financial services litigation and regulations. Mr. Jamison represents and advises a diverse group of clients in a broad range of litigation, regulatory and compliance matters, including consumer financial services, complex class actions, consumer fraud, shareholder disputes, securities and commodities, bankruptcy, appeals, and white-collar criminal and internal investigations. Mr. Jamison also has an active law firm auditing practice on behalf of banks, mortgage servicers and investors, in which he has developed and implemented auditing and monitoring programs for clients to evaluate the practices of foreclosure law firms. As a co-editor of Dykema’s CFPB-lawblog and CFS-lawblog, Mr. Jamison writes, edits and monitors content for the blogs on a daily basis. Mr. Jamison also previously served in a similar capacity as the Managing Editor of the blog for the American Constitution Society for Law and Policy—the ACSblog. Mr. Jamison has also authored several articles on governmental regulations and compliance, consumer financial services, and corporate governance. At Harvard Law School, Mr. Jamison served on the editorial board of the Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review, was awarded the David Westfall Memorial Dean's Award for Community Leadership, and was a student attorney and Public Interest Law Initiative Fellow with the Wilmer Hale Legal Services Center. Prior to law school, Mr. Jamison served as the Litigation Assistant to Laurence Tribe. In college, he was an accomplished public speaker and debater, reaching the quarter-finals of several national championships and winning the Interstate Oratorical Society National Championship.
