I have cultivated my experience in multiple areas of both customer service and education, which has prepared me to handle problems as the arise, and view them from multiple perspectives. My previous work in customer service centers in inbound campaigns, and face-to-face contact, which has given me the skills to promptly analyze, prioritize and resolve both employer and customer requests and issues. My experience in management has provided me the skills to assess workloads; coach my team to exceed both their goals, but also the goals and expectations of the organization; and adjust priories to meet pre-established goals. I was relied upon to provide leadership and integrity in resolving any issues expediently, and with diplomacy.My work in education has given me the experience to tailor my communication styles to meet the needs of business. In my current position, I work with diverse individuals whose areas of expertise include teaching, language, and financial compliance. These diverse interactions have allowed me to build on my abilities to adapt my communication style and explain complex information throughly and in easily understood terms to broad and multi-cultural groups.
