In addition, I emphasize patient service by ensuring exceptional leadership and strong systems in place to ensure patient satisfaction and a thriving dental team.

Developed management skills and worked alongside a great team of professionals in a high traffic office. Increased sales by 50% after 1st quarter. Served as primary point-of-contact with patients. Called and collected on past due accounts, appearing in small claims court as needed. Performed data entry accurately and in a timely manner on a daily basis. As part of the Rust Dental team, I started as a chair side assistant and over time moved into a management role. I worked closely with patients and their continued care. I attended many training seminars to include software updates, insurance training and Invisalign. Scheduled appointments, performed bookkeeping and answered multi-phone lines. Completed insurance verification and claims online. My main focus has always been patient care and health education.
