• Prepare subject material for presentation to students according to an approved curriculum• Teach students using a systematic plan of lectures, discussions, audio-visual presentations, and laboratory, shop and field studies• Evaluate progress, determine individual needs of students and discuss results with parents and school officials• Advise students on course selection and on matters relating to career and vocation

• Developing and issuing educational content including notes, tests, and assignment• Supervising classes to ensure all students are learning in a safe and productive environment• Delivering personalized instruction to each student by encouraging interactive learning• Evaluating and documenting students’ progress

• Training for roles of liaising and administering Kendriya Vidyalyas and other academic entities in Air Force Stations as commissioned officer in the IAF• Conducting recruitment exams and instructing inductees

• Teaching and evaluating students through distance or online courses• Developing and issuing educational content including notes, tests, and assignment• Preparing and implement remedial programs for students requiring extra help• Participate in staff meetings, educational conferences and teacher training workshops
