I have stepped into a new role at Equipment Depot. All of my years working in accounts receivable at Equipment Depot have helped me to become a very well rounded service administrator, paying close attn to details that will indeed get us paid and in a timely manner! In a nutshell, I am the person to make sure that we get paid. 90% of the time this makes me a problem solver. Why didn't we get paid? Customer never received our invoice, NO PO, wrong PO, wrong labor rate, disputes, customer doesn't pay tax, requires backups, etc etc... due to the economy there is occasion where customers just can't pay due to cash flow.

My job at Sunbelt involved business to business collections in the material handling industry. This included emailing and calling on past due accounts, resolving any issues hindering payment, evaluating credit of pending credit applications, and filing lien notices on construction accounts.

My job at Xerox Ominifax involved working a portfolio of commercial accounts in a large call center environment. The emphasis here was heavy call volume.

My job at Dynamic Recovery Services involved third party collections and calling customers who had been sent to collections by our main vendor Southwestern Bell Telephone. The goal was to secure payment in full or to set up a payment plan to resolve. I also did skip tracing to locate customers.
