Responsible for a global team of 28 product management and marketing leaders for our business. I oversee our solution strategy and vision along with leading the product direction, market positioning and messaging. My responsibilities extended from Marketing to include Product Management after Thales acquired Gemalto, where I played key role in the integration of business line. In my first year running both product and marketing we have grown our software and services business 25%, and been declared a market leader in our space by Frost and Sullivan, as well as entered a new monetization growth category as defined by IDC.

I led a complete reinvention of our brand message and solution identity. I created and oversaw a cross functional team to rework our entire message map resulting in a new website, new collateral, and a refreshed go to market message. As a product manager in SafeNet's Rights Management business unit, I led the initiative to redefine SafeNet's position in the software security market and expand into license and entitlement management. This involved overseeing all aspects of a product launch including authoring marketing materials and white papers, rebranding and updating legacy product lines as well as creating new pricing models.Additionally, I used my industry expertise and customer facing skills to assist in the sales process and was a key player in most of SafeNet's high value Rights Management opportunities.
