Over the past 20+ years, I have built a solid reputation as the go-to Senior Drilling Manager / Engineer for helping oil & gas companies grow their domestic and global drilling programs from the ground up.Since launching my career with Baker Hughes, I have been heavily recruited by companies like Noble Energy and Apache Corporation for my extensive horizontal drilling experience in conventional and unconventional basins across Texas, Colorado, Oklahoma, and Indiana. As a Drilling Manager & Senior Drilling Engineer with Noble Energy, I managed 7 DJ Basin drilling rigs (5 turnkey), as well as isolated rigs in Indiana (1 rig horizontal drilling program), Oklahoma (12-month 2 rig program), and Texas (2 horizontal Granite Wash wells).I enjoy guiding diverse, global teams and spent nearly 4 years working overseas in Egypt and Malaysia motivating native teams to optimize their drilling programs through improved processes and technology. In my most recent role as Performance Drilling Expert & Drilling Manager with Apache, I was selected to work with Khalda Petroleum in Cairo, Egypt, building an in-country Master Drilling Program, mentoring junior drilling engineering staff, and leading weekly Safety Stand Down meetings with Egyptian drilling team members.
