I am the Director of B Lab Ireland, part of an international nonprofit network driving economic systems change through standards, policies, tools, and programs for business. We certify leading companies as B Corps, advocating for business as a force for good™. I launched B Lab Ireland in 2023 to mobilize the Irish business community towards this mission.As the founder of Earth's Edge, I led the company from 2007 to 2023. I remain actively involved in strategy, expedition design, and supporting the new leadership team. Leading expeditions is a personal passion, and I am dedicated to helping people achieve personal growth through adventure.Outside of work, I am constantly preparing for my next big adventure. Since the age of 5, pushing my mental and physical limits has been a personal passion. Whether it's climbing challenging mountains or running ultramarathons, I always seek new adventures. My current goal is to be the first Irish person to summit Mount Everest without supplementary oxygen.
