As a Finance and Operations Coordinator at OUT Maine, I apply my skills in grant reporting, project management, HR, and tech to help the organization achieve its mission of lifting up LGBTQ+ youth. I enjoy collaborating with a diverse and passionate team that values equity, advocacy, and innovation.In addition to my finance and operations responsibilities, I am also the Chief Podcast Engineer for Speaking OUT Loud, an OUT Maine podcast that showcases the stories and voices of LGBTQ+ people and allies in Maine. I use my Protools certification and audio engineering expertise to produce high-quality and engaging episodes that raise awareness and inspire action. Furthermore, I am an advisory board member for the Maine Community Foundation Equity Fund, where I contribute to the strategic direction and funding decisions that support social justice, LGBTQ+ youth advocacy, and racial equity initiatives.
