Responsible for directing design engineering tasks including: product development, sustaining engineering, manufacturing engineering, and drafting. A total of five engineers and drafters are direct reports. The primary product line is air shut off valves for diesel engines. These include swing gate and butterfly valves.

Manage the scheduling and tasks of the engineering department to achieve company goals. Work closely with the sales department to define the specifications and requirements of new products. Oversee the drafting scheduling to release ECN (Engineering Change Notice) updates to current and new products based on company priorities. A total of nine engineers and drafters are direct reports. The primary product line is magnetic level indicators (MLI) for the process industry.

Project engineer on multiple high level government and industrial research and development projects. Analyzed high performance active suspension systems to determine the proper sizing of components. Developed the control systems for these active suspension vehicles and lead the implementation into simulated systems and hardware prototypes. Lead test engineer to test subsystems and new hardware.
