Perform current and target state assessment of Identity and Access management (IAM) environment for The USPS.Conduct stakeholder interviews in order to identify the people, processes and technology that make up the current IAM environment. Perform a gap analysis and identify customer’s pain points.Create an IAM implementation Strategy and Roadmap for identified target state IAM solution. Develop Project Management Plan for the new IAM program. Develop technical and functional requirements. Help design architecture for the selected IAM solution. Create approach and prioritize IAM components and critical applications for implementation and integration.

Assist in the remediation for open PO&Ms and assess system risks and vulnerabilities. Analyze information security audit findings and proposed audit findings to make recommendations regarding validity and appropriate corrective action. Aid teams in forming realistic and effective corrective action plans for information security audit items assigned. Assemble documentation of corrective action taken by functional branches and teams for presentation to auditors as evidence of closure. Serve as liaison between auditors and responsible individuals for questions and issues relating to information security audit items. Assist in the implementation of Identity Access Management (IAM) application in order to manage the entire life cycle of changing roles within the organization. Provision and de-provision employee and contractor accounts. Build out roles in order to ensure authentication, authorization and privileges are assigned to each role.

Provide support to GSAs headquarters with the transition to cloud computing. Ensure security, privacy and compliance requirements are met according to GSA and team standards. Provide support for GSA’s development of SOWs and RFPs for the procurement of telecom services. Interface with Regional personnel to gather requirements to develop project plans. Provide monthly portfolio and budget analysis for GSA Regional Telecom Program. Create variance reports and graphs for monthly revenue, cost of goods sold and gross margins. Provide data and trend analysis for each regions line of business to determine short and long term goals.
