Jamon Ludwar holds dual executive roles with Reform Energy Services. As VP Business Development, he demonstrates excellence in client relationship management, increasing market share with both existing clients and by engaging new clients. He has worked both in Canada and internationally for a number of years, both in the manufacturing of well testing and UBD/MPD equipment as well as operating that equipment in direct field applications. While employed with one of the largest global Oil & Gas Service Sector providers, Weatherford Canada, Jamon was selected to join the Sales & Marketing group located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Following a very successful first year in that role, he was promoted to the role of Business Unit Manager, Sales & Operations of Weatherford’s Well Testing/UBD/MPD group supervising approximately 144 employees. As one of the founding partners of Reform Energy Services, he brings an extensive network of contacts cross the Energy Industry, including equipment manufacturers, oilfield service providers, field operators and consultants and E&P organizations. In his new role as Chief Operating Officer, Jamon is actively establishing and promoting RES in a number of new markets with a current focus on establishing an RES office in The Woodlands, Texas, USA as the base of operations for RES to service all of our U.S. based clients and projects
