I had responsibility for a capital budget in excess of £8m and eight officers reporting to me. I grew Norwich’s affordable housing pipeline to become the largest in the East of England. I also managed the successful relocation of council tenants from a range of regeneration projects and developed a hostels pathway. I led the resident consultation, strategic vision and decision-making to commence the scheme which went on to become the first social housing scheme to win the Royal Institure of Architects Stirling Prize - Goldsmith Street.
