I also managed the successful relocation of council tenants from a range of regeneration projects and developed a hostels pathway. I led the resident consultation, strategic vision and decision-making to commence the scheme which went on to become the first social housing scheme to win the Royal Institure of Architects Stirling Prize - Goldsmith Street.
