• Research, compile, and write applications for businesses to obtain a GSA MAS Schedule allowing them to more easily obtain business contracts with federal and state governments• Applications often exceed 200 pages and require an extensive amount of research to ensure compliance with literally thousands of pages of federal regulations• Communicate with clients on a daily basis, handling any complaints, addressing concerns, answering questions, and ensuring they send us all required documentation in a timely manner• Additional responsibilities include managing internal IT and telecommunication projects; including a complete overhaul of our phone and data systems, the installation of new hardware, routine maintenance of employee computers, and administration of Office 365 and Microsoft Dynamics• Began position with no background in the field, and had to rapidly research and retain a large amount of information to be capable of crafting a high quality application that exceeds the expectations of both the client and GSA

• Elected to position by popular vote of undergraduate student body following 2-week election process• Assisted the President in representing the interests of over 15,000 undergraduate students.• Pursued several of my own projects that led to the complete overhaul of several programs/policies that affected nearly every student and faculty member• Tasked with the oversight of the day-to-day operations of Student Government in the President’s absence• Member of several committees and frequently represented student interests to other bodies including the Board of Trustees, Administrative Council, Faculty Senate, and others• In addition to pursuing my own endeavors, I assisted other members of student government with their projects, ensuring they had the resources and contacts necessary to be successful

• Worked directly for Clemson University’s Chief Information Officer to research, develop, and implement a student intern program within CCIT• Researched viable/competitive salaries for interns, gauged demand for the program within student community, and developed a framework for the program based on successful programs at other schools and businesses• Tasked with reaching out to administrators, faculty members, students, and business leaders to receive input, gauge support, and garner monetary/personnel support for the program• Authored and presented regular reports both in person and via E-Mail to the CIO and various committees throughout this process
