Duties & Responsibilities:-• Preparing the leasing contracts and updating the tenants list and preparing the list for due renewals.• Well versed with the use of Ejari online program. • Support & Coordinate with Managers (leasing manager, facility manager, financial controller) and other top senior executives.• Writing to tenants to inform them for their due payments and follow up the payments and bounced cheques. • Making reports, contracts, agreements and other documents.• Identify suitable prospective tenants and attend to walk-in and telephone inquiries• Prepare, update and maintain all leasing reports/ records including tenant's profile, offer letters, tenancy agreements, daily correspondence and proposals.• Handling collection of deposits, outstanding rentals etc.• Conduct regular checks of premises to ensure tenants comply with all the terms and rules stipulated in the Tenancy Agreement• Attend to the day-to-day complaints from tenants pertaining to leasing/ operational matters and coordinate with other departments to resolve such problems.• Research and assembles information from variety of sources for preparation of records, organize and maintain office files, procedural or other changes to achieve greater productivity to comply with new requirements.
