• Handling cash and bank transactions.• Reconciling cash and bank account on a daily and monthly basis.• Handling accounts payable and vendor inquiries.• Entering month-end entries as part of the closing procedure.• Prepare payments by verifying documentation.• Record sales transaction in the system on a daily basis.• Prepare cheques/bank transfer payments to suppliers.• Prepare receipts for payment collected.• Prepare invoices and allocate when payment received.• Process all petty cash payments, staff reimbursements, and other miscellaneous payments.• Record all the petty cash vouchers for supporting documents, validity, and accuracy.• Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers• Record day-to-day finance and accounts operation.• File all payments made and record all financial transactions.• Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits.• Maintaining accurate accounts and records of the company.• Reconcile supplier’s statement.

• Supervise the whole range of Accounts Payable & Receivable.• Prepare day to day bank transactions & day to day cash transactions reports.• Manage the day to day financial transactions of the company.• Maintain book of accounts in a computerized environment.• Preparation and submission of VAT returns on a monthly basis and submitting the annual VAT returns.• Conducting physical stock taking.• Record sales transaction in the system on a daily basis.• Processing the Accounts payables and monitoring the receivables as and when due.• Monitoring company accounts.• Supervising the performance of junior accountants.• Coordinate with the external auditors for completing the finalization of accounts.• Maintaining accurate accounts and records of the company.• Ensure that accounts are reconciled in a timely manner.
