I have a background in Quality Management, in which I apply in my current work.• As a former QC Leader in Wistron, I had successfully set up and developed more effective QC Inspection Teams, causing fewer customer complaints and outstanding quality of products delivered to our clients.• Being a team- builder, I am passionate in guiding and working with my team members, and I make sure that they are recognized and rewarded for their efforts.   • Debugs a wide array of Blackmagic Design products that had failed in production (cameras, eGPU, broadcast switchers, routers and converters, duplication/ recording/ storage equipment, and others) using signal trace and pin-to-pin analysis.• Performs component- level repair and replaces defective components using manual and hot air soldering.• Performs final analysis to HTR (hard to repair) motherboards for scrap declaration and lead time closure.• Highlights issues on defective products, coordinates with QA in preparing 8D report.• Analyses and solves problems in production line to meet their target UPH (unit-per-hour) output.• Supports production line on setting up test equipments, jigs and fixtures.• Provide engineering support to other teams in cases of critical processes or product issues.• Verifies firmware updates on products and provides judgement based on the test results if it can be released to customers.• Prepares internal documents, SOPs and other work instructions in parallel with ISO 9001 standards.
