Responsibilities: • Responsible for the development of the procedure for Commissioning and Hanover Execution Plan, Turnover Sequence, Shutdown Requirement, Start-Up and Operations Plan.• Involved in HAZOP, HAZID, ENVID and Constructability Review

South Belut Project (Offshore)

Responsibilities: • Supporting the tie-in and Early Gas preparation activities

Sumpal Expansion Project

Sumpal Expansion Project involves the further expansion of the existing Sumpal Gas Station by providing additional well fluid from the wellhead facilities (Sumpal No.7) with subsequent expansion of the facilities to include an additional processing train with a capacity of 155 MMscfd. This will result in a maximum deliverability of 310 MMSCFD to Central Gas Plant. The facilities include in the project are: Wellsite, Inlet Facility, Gas Dehydration System, GTG, Produced Water System, Trunkline, PCS/SIS, and PCR.Roles and Responsibilities: • Responsible for the development and execution of the commissioning program including to ensure that commissioning procedures are created and all commissioning certification identified and define the number of mechanical completions (MC) and system handover (SH) strategy in conjunction with the project operations team.• Responsible as shutdown tie-in coordinator to make sure the preparation, planning and execution meet the deadline.• Responsible to prepare the material and spare part for the commissioning and start-up activities.• Responsible to maintain the high safety performance and application during commissioning and start-up and make sure it is applied during execution.• Lead the commissioning activities and ensure that commissioning procedures are followed & ensure that certification is managed in accordance with the commissioning certification process.• Ensure that commissioning records are maintained. Keep records that demonstrate compliance with site integrity standards.• Responsible to supervise the execution the Pre-Commissioning, commissioning and start-up.• Involve in developing the acceptance criteria all pre-commissioning and commissioning test.• Involve in developing the performance test requirement to demonstrate performance of the facility as per plant design.• Responsible to determine the System and Sub-System for commissioning, start-up and hand over purposes.• Familiar with PIMS and CMS system.

Qatar

RasGas Company limited is owned by Qatar petroleum and Exxon Mobil. RasGas operates production facilities to treat, liquefy and export LNG to countries across Asia, Europe and USA. Based in Ras Laffan Qatar, RasGas produces over 37 Mtpa of LNG with 7 trains in operation and two more trains of Gas Processing Plant which produces 2000 mmscfd.Responsibilities: • Oversees Inlet facility panel activities.• Carryout TMR and DCS overrides as per PTW requirement.• Preparation of daily Shift report.• Preparation of Job list for shut downs and turnarounds.• Review of operating procedures as per CAS.• Markup and update revised P & IDs after modifications.• Safe handing and taking over of equipment from maintenance crew.• Handle various plant problems and emergencies.• Participate in safety audits programs and provide emergency response when required.• Study and implement RGEE (RasGas Elements of Excellence) in all working activities.• Succeed in lesson & learn implementation for achieving shutdown time table.• Involved in normal operation and shutdown activity, both in the field and panel.

Suban Plant

Responsibilities: • Involved in normal operation and shutdown activity, both in the field and panel• Prepare job list on weekly basis as per operations requirement.• Supervise plant related activity both in the field and panel side.

Suban Gas Plant

Responsibilities: • Generate Operating Procedures for Hydrocarbon Dew point Control Unit, Propane Refrigerant, Condensate Stabilization, Well Operation, Fuel Gas System, Heat Medium, Power Generation, Gas Compression, Amine Regeneration and Glycol Regeneration System.• As a Team Leader for commissioning and start up the plant.• Started up and commissioning for Suban Gas Plant which produce 700 MMSCFD of gas and 11000 bbls of Condensate safely and timely done.

Suban Gas Plant

Responsibilities: • Operated Suban Gas Plant that produced 300 MMSCFD of natural gas and 4000 Barrel condensate.• Developed procedure for operation all equipment base on manual and day – day.• Responsible for all equipment on plant such as Pump, Gas Compressor, Generator, Exchanger, Boiler, etc.• Planned and scheduled for maintenance of all equipment in coordination with maintenance division.• Responsible for monitoring and reporting for all consumable material (chemical usage, etc).• Monitored process and do adjustment base on recommendation such as adjust chemical rate.

Suban Gas Plant

Responsibilities: • Developed and reviewed operating procedure for equipment base on manual and P&iD• Assisted in developed HAZOP and JSA for Suban Plant.• Perform Punch List, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, and Start Up for Suban Gas Plant.

Dayung & Sumpal Gas Station

Responsibilities: • Developed procedure for operation all equipment base on manual and day – day.• Responsible for all equipment on plant such as Pump, Gas Turbine Generator, Exchanger, Boiler, etc.• Planned and scheduled for maintenance of all equipment in coordination with maintenance division.• Responsible for monitoring and reporting for all consumable material (chemical usage, etc).• Monitored process and do adjustment base on recommendation such as adjust chemical rate.
