Social Media Manager
Current- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement for the med spa.- Create and curate high-quality content including posts, images, and videos relevant to the med spa's services and target audience.- Manage all social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok.- Monitor social media channels for customer feedback, inquiries, and comments, and respond promptly and professionally.- Analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance and adjust strategies accordingly.- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously optimize the med spa's online presence.- Coordinate promotions, contests, and other marketing campaigns on social media platforms.- Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels while also tailoring content to suit each platform's audience and style.
