As the CEO and Animation Director of Ignite Animation Studios, I combine my passion for storytelling with my extensive experience in film animation and visual effects. I founded Ignite Animation in 2020 to cultivate remote relationships between artists, IP holders, and distributors, and to build teams of highly experienced and motivated creative thinkers.With over 25 years of experience as an animation leader and supervisor at Industrial Light & Magic and Lightstream Animation Studios, I have delivered end-to-end creative leadership and direction for developing and delivering captivating, compelling, and memorable scenes for numerous Hollywood blockbusters, independent films, and commercials. Some of my notable projects include animating iconic characters such as Yoda and Hulk, and Davey Jones for Pirates of the Caribbean and a mermaid for The King's Daughter. I have also collaborated with leading directors, producers, actors, and musicians in the industry, such as George Lucas, Ang Lee, Matthew Wilder, and Pierce Brosnan. Additionally, I have produced award-winning short films, such as The Pig on the Hill and Andy: A Dog's Tale, in partnership with prestigious organizations, such as Charles M. Schultz Creative Associates.
