Prior to that the Company focused mainly on housing development in W Europe and developing countries.In the US EAT has been involved in hotels in Manhattan and housing in NJ and LI EAT role included strategic planning, site selection development, and fund-raising. In Poland EAT has principally been involved in the development of commercial real estate of all kinds, with special interest in hotel. EAT role includes strategic planning, site development and acquisition, fund-raising and project management.The company operates as part of a consortium in a combination of local and international partners. EAT was the original developer of the Opera Hotel complex. The Company worked with Kempinski Hotels SA from Switzerland. Project was transferred to Hines and built as the Metropolitan building. Following that EAT was participating in organization and development of the hotels in Central Europe and Israel.Most recently EAT has been involved in several hotel developments and also office buildings and housings projects current under planning and/or development in Poland.EAT is a corporation created under US law and incorporated in the NY State.Partners and associates jointly direct the business affairs of the corporation.
