I function as the Primary Resource for the Lync / S4B rollout on the Toyota Motor Europe site as an GTT Service.In this roll, I help the customer in all their UC needs.From managing Projects, handling Change request to the environment, talking to suppliers to map a strategy for new UC tools, giving Lync/S4b user trainings, as functioning as a 3th line support UC engineer off and onsite for the entire Toyota Motor Europe Group.

With my Technical expertise I acted as a buffer between professional Customer and Proximus to come to a correct and good solution with my team if problems still occur after the installation. With keeping the Customer goals setting in mind, and having an impact on their satisfaction of their chosen Proximus product. As a NPI Quality Test Engineer I was part of the NPI Quality team and was responsible for the validation of the existing production test by doing additional measurements on product samples. It was my task to carry out these measurements, analyze and sometimes give feedback to the customers. I also tested new firmware releases thoroughly before they went live.
