About Jan Behrens

I have been managing large projects, partner relationships and teams for many years. I have worked on technical due diligences for new acquisitions to the group and done numerous technical analysis. I have designed strategies and optimized internal structures and processes to align to changing group strategies.I have driven many change processes transforming our global organizations, introducing agile methodologies and restructuring to adjust to company growth.I also have a lot of experience in designing and building scalable systems.
