My business career path started at universities in the USA and in the Netherlands. After years of studying abroad, I returned back to my home country – the Czech Republic. As a fresh graduate, I had a clear goal to start a thrilling career in management consulting. I am proud to say that I fully accomplished that goal by joining Roland Berger Strategy Consultants followed by Deloitte Advisory and later leading team in Mastercard Advisors. My last 13 years were filled with exciting projects. I had a chance to work on important topics such as pricing, strategy development, continuous improvement program implementation, data analytics & big data utilization, and many more. I gained exposure to various industries ranging from mining, retail, petrochemical, all the way to my current specialization in retail banking and payments. I enjoy data-driven problem-solving. My highly structured thinking helps me to transfer the initial ideas into concrete actions and present them in a meaningful and understandable way. My calm nature and reliability made me a balanced team member even in stressful situations.
