- Procurement strategies to ensure a long-term supply of paper, according to the group 2,3 and 4 of the European Standard Norm VDP (Verband deutscher Papierfabriken)- Just-in-Time delivery for a high stock turnover - Monthly price negotiations and supplier evaluations
