Working with visually impaired people and computers since 1993. As an end user my self, I am travelling now around the globe for Freedom Scientific to visit exhibitions and dealers to spread the gosple of JAWS for Windows!From 2000 till 2006 I spent my time in volunteering as a computer trainer for the blind in Nepal, Tibet and Nigeria. I started the computer training with JAWS for Windows and MAGIC for Windows at the Technical Skills and Development Center for the Blind and Disabled (TSDCBD) in Kathmandu Nepal and at the Project for the Blind in Lhaza, the capital of Tibet.After these privat missions I joined VSO, Voluntary Services Overseas) to work for 3 years at the Kebbi State School for the Handicapped in Birnin Kebbi , the capital of Kebbi state in the nortwest of Nigeria.Before this I worked since 1993 as a Support Manager for ALVA B.V. in the Netherlands.I studied Agricultural Management in Leeuwarden, but due to my eye handicap I chose for the I. .T instead of milking cows...Specialties: I am a specialist in using the computer non visually with speech and braille!With this expertise I am training and presenting the available solutions to help visually impaired people to do their job, study or hobby in the most efficient way!With the experience in Azia and Africa I like to create a bridge, so we can help each other!
