My next interim job is challenging, makes a difference and helps to achieve and change the organisation towards the goals it has set. My extensive experience in various businesses and countries allows me to quickly grasp the essence of the topics to be dealt with and successfully pursue these.I have done research and product development in organic chemistry, plastics, foams, ceramics, inks and the processes to produce and use these materials and consider myself knowledgeable about materials. While acquiring this know-how, I have learned how to lead research teams and production organisations, to build, expand and close production units, to change organisations and to appreciate that getting the right people on the right positions is essential to achieve set goals and be Healthy, Safe and Environmentally sound. By doing this in various European countries I have developed an understanding of culture and its role in creating success. I have expanded my knowledge with degrees at various Universities.
