Program Director, The Conference Board, New York, NY Responsible for developing content and facilitating three meetings annually for each of two U.S.-based professional networking councils of The Conference Board: The Council on Corporate Communications Strategy and the Internal Communications Council. Previously served as program director the European Corporate Communications Council and the Council on Social Media. Based on members' assessment of current topics of interest in the broad field of corporate communications, public affairs and social media, create high-level agendas, identify and coach expert speakers, facilitate discussion, and summarize output of each meeting. Also responsible for managing member relations, developing surveys on breaking topics and supporting recruitment efforts. Also serve as Program Director for The Conference Board's annual Senior Corporate Communications Conference, which features an extensive list of expert speakers and audiences of 100+. Consultant, Saginaw Valley State University, University Center, Michigan, 2012-2014 Advised and collaborated on programs to advance the reputation of this 50-year-old university in Michigan’s Great Lakes Bay Region. The work centered on focus group testing for awareness and perceptions of the university, recommendations for implementing an integrated marketing/branding strategy to include metrics, measurable outcomes, and post-implementation testing and ongoing advice on various communications tools and activities.
