- Quality Assurance- Performing Internal audits- Writing Procedures, Work Instructions, Production Manuals and other documentation.- Reviewing and revising documentation.- General Troubleshooting.

- Planning and creating work orders for the three separate work groups of the electro department.- Attending management meetings for future projects and eventual problem assessment. - Running quality assurance and registering serial numbers on finished projects.- Finalizing completed work orders and booking the materials used.- Tracking stock of upcoming projects and coordinating with purchasing department.- Writing and revising manuals to streamline the production, calibration and service processes.- Providing feedback to the Engineering department to update product drawings and material lists.- Personnel administration (IE. Timesheets, illness and vacation time.)- Integrating production information on an internal website for easy access for the mechanics.- Assisting in mechanics where needed.

-Administrative work; project planning, checking stock and troubleshooting.-Setting up, programming, running and maintaining SMD machines (Assembleon Topaz & Emerald)-Setting up, programming, running and maintaining Wave Solder and Selective Solder machines.-Producing prototypes.-Supervising responsibilities for a team of up to six people.-Providing tours around the department for customers. Both in English and Dutch.

Operating SMD pick and place machines including:-Setting up machines.-Maintaining stock of components.-Applying machine maintenance.Operating and maintaining a Wave Solder and Selective Solder machine

Testing, repair and QA of Boards for control systems in ships.
