Mechanical Engineer, specialized in spray dryers.In this function I worked on various projects in China, New Zealand, South Africa, Philippines and in Europe as well. My main task is to set up the lay-outs and to make the translation from process calculations and P&ID’s to equipment, ducting, utility and building lay-outs.Supplementary tasks to this job: • Quality inspections at engineering and production companies,• Intermediate and final site inspections at new and existing dairy plants.As member of the spray dryer team I'm regularly involved in setting up engineering quotes for new plants. Additionally to the mechanical engineering job I give trainings ‘on the job’ to the engineering and production personnel on operating and maintaining the equipment.
