As an ICT specialist I have to take care about whole infrastructure including development and SW or HW upgrades. We use Azure/Entra and Office 365 products, so I administrate it on daily basis from creating accounts to setup Sharepoint sites.I'm responsible for a control of antimalware solution (Bitdefender) applicated to endpoints and servers. I have been main person responsible for implementation Bitdefender when we leaved Kaspersky. Monitor a state of endpoints from security point of view is also my daily task. There has to be updated OS and third party applications/programs to prevent any vulnerability. Therefore I manage patch management system which I implemented as well.I successfuly worked on project to implement MS Teams Room videoconferencing system (nine meeting rooms in Czech, Slovakia, Poland and Hungary into the company where I did research, testing of various solutions and full implementation of chosen one).Another successful task was to find third party solution to regular backup Office 365 user and company data (KeepIT).A significant part of my work consists of work on user tickets that cannot be resolved at the first level of support.My responsibilities:- Azure/Entra and Office 365 (including third party backup).- WSUS server.- BitDefender (antimalware/antivirus solution).- Patch management.- Security analysis and reporting.- AD, GPO.- Aruba wireless network.- Fortigate firewall.- Very close cooperation with the IT architect regarding new solutions and their implementation (including PoC).- Preparation and presentation of trainings to employees about MS products (how to work with Office programs), the security trends and the biggest security threats. Also about new technolgies on the IT field.

Building own IT environment from the zero, including people, infrastructure and systems.All ICT services have been covered by outsoucing company, but since January 2019 we used to be focused on migration and taking ownership of most of services, systems and hardware.We have build own new data center based on DELL and Aruba technologies. There have been migrated and installed our information systems and all important infrastructure servers.I have been deeply engaged to implementation of new ERP system Infor SyteLine which went live from October 2019. I lead a team of three IT specislist and beside standard operation and support we work on a migration of devices to our new domain (about 300 users), exchange of very old computers and planning other migrations and replacement of systems provided by external suppliers.Goal was to have all infrastructure under our own control and administration.Meanwhile I participate on preparing and building new unified ICT environment for all companies in same holding.Since the company was headed for bankruptcy, I was forced to leave it.

Leading the entire Tier I technical teams where is solved more than 95% of all incidents. Windows, Unix, Virtualization and Network with 60 positions/members approximately. Leading Windows Team as part of Cloud department.Team has 22 positions/members in two tiers.My team supports Cloud services infrastructure 24/7 provided by Verizon. We are responsible for break fix service. From ITIL perspective it is Incident, Escalation, Change and Problem management.
