During my career in the IT industry I have managed the complete SDLC process. I was responsible to ensure the alignment of the business strategy and IT. I currently have a combined role as PMO, Programme, Senior Project, Portfolio, Delivery, Transition, and Resource Manager.In 2003 I started a new project quality assurance division at Paracon. My duties included setting up of test processes and templates, marketing (sourcing new clients) and managing a team of 20 people. Within the first year we already exceeded the targeted profit margin and I was one of 3 candidates nominated for employee of the year. In 2009 I successfully implemented a PMO in the Gijima System Integration Department. Due to the success of this, all the processes and templates were rolled out to all the Departments, within Gijima.I am responsible for resource capacity and billability across the department, as well as the collaboration between IT and Business.
