Clinical Operations Specialist
Current• Promoted to perform more diverse, high-level administrative duties for the traditional, transfer, and second-degree Nursing students• A strategic partner suggesting innovative and efficient strategies to support the work of the Undergraduate Nursing Office• Works closely with the Director of Clinical Placements and Community Partnerships to manage the placement of undergraduate students in their clinical agencies• Responsible for onboarding undergraduate and clinical adjunct faculty, including updating, and maintaining adjunct faculty degree data for the State Board of Nursing• Completes fall and spring adjunct faculty payroll, summer full-time and adjunct payroll, detailed Terms of agreements, and tracking of clock hours for adjunct faculty• Tracks and reports student absences to faculty, clinical instructors, course leaders, and student advisors to ensure all groups are involved with proper makeup assignments and student support• Attends all Course Leaders meetings and prepares agendas and minutes for Director • Maintains timely follow ups on issues related to students regarding return to class/clinical course planning• Tracks and updates the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing database for all faculty and clinical agencies for reporting and accreditation
