BeRider is an electric scooter sharing service operating in Prague, owned by ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab. My role has been the CMO for the first year before taking over as CEO.Key achievements as CMO:-Creating the marketing strategy and product positioning strategy-Management of omni-channel summer campaign-Creation and implementation of marketing dashboard monitoring the complete user acquisition funnel and predicting the end of month run rate-Design and implementation of automated user activation strategy (notifications, email, sms, based on what stage the user is at)-Exploration of alternative marketing tools such as weather triggered ads-Setup of scooter school for new users-Setup of new eshop for merch and vouchersKey achievements as CEO:-leading a team of nearly 50 people-Improved operations (year over year fleet availability increase)-Development of own frontend app and migration to this new software-Design and implementation of a new dynamic pricing feature, to set price based on current demand-Increase in key performance metrics year over year (revenue, number of rides, total driven minutes)

Since we merged SmileCar with HoppyGo, we have become the largest P2P carsharing platform in the Czech Republic. HoppyGo is part of the ŠKODA AUTO Digilab ecosystem a fills a vital role in the concept of multimodality.

Managing the launch and development of a P2P car sharing platform for mobile and web. This project is incubated within the Leo Express and Aakon Capital family and is part of their new door to door transport concept.

Developing new complex modes of transport from point A to point B. Working on new project like SmileCar (P2P carsharing). Launching an e-scooter rental platform.

Advising on company strategy, finding new investment and development opportunities, producing business plans and reports for banking institutions. Launching and managing a new marketing/mobility concept “AutoZaStovku.cz”. In this concept, cars are leased to people for 4-6 months and the cost is subsidized by placing advertisements on the cars. Project was launched in 2/2016 and sold out within 14 days.

Commenting on the complete Formula 1 season for Czech and Slovak television. Compiling the pre-race studio. The program became the most watched sport broadcast on the whole network.

Launching a new concept of a drive-in café. Putting together a team of employees, training them, designing the menu and work flow. Marketing the café through social media and PR. Profitable from the first month.

Managing the launch of a new superlight race car made in the Czech Republic. Organization of media and PR events, communication with customers, acquiring new dealers world wide. International sales and presentations.

Compiling the menu and monthly specials, including recipes and food styling. Setting up a culinary school and helping with restaurant marketing. Turned a loss making business into a profit making restaurant within 1 year. Managed to get into the top 10 restaurants of Prague on Trip Advisor.

Internship as sales specialist for a high-end housing development. Acquiring new customers for the project, developing new marketing strategies (organizing golf tournaments and events, boat rides from the center of Prague to the development), in charge of the marina project in the development

Became reserve driver of one of the leading Formula 1 teams. Took part in F1 road shows around the world, representing the brand in media events and developing the car.

Analyzing bonds, preparing monthly presentations, speaking to potential investors, technical analysis. During my internship, the portfolio rose from 51 to 66 million EUR.
