I chaired the Business Retention and Expansion Committee, collaborating with the state Agency for Workforce Development to address local business concerns. Additionally, I led the Business Excellence Award Committee, recognizing and promoting business achievements in Clay County. In my role as Chair of Membership and Investment, I oversaw a substantial increase in new business memberships.My dedication to business advocacy was acknowledged in 2013 when I received a nomination from the Florida Business Development Corporation for the SBA Small Business Advocate of the Year Award.I've also broadened my perspective by serving on the Board of Trustees for Orange Park Medical Center.
