I love to be creative and think about options far from the usual, to improve the existing and shape the future. That’s what made me decide to become an engineer. Therefore studying mechatronics & information technology paved the way with its interdisciplinary challenges.Additionally, during my studies I was able to train my team leading and project management skills in practical workshops. Besides, I got to work on my own project at the EnBW AG. It’s topic was to build a automated carbon measuring device whereas I did the project management as well as the mechanical, electrical construction and the PLC programming. In my master thesis I focused my work on high temperature Co-Electrolysis. This contained acquiring additional knowledge in chemical electrolysis processes to test electrolyzer cells and build a 2 dimensional FEM model to predict its electrical and chemical behavior. To shape the future led me to my actual position as an electrical engineer in the semiconductor manufacturing industry. My daily work contains the creative part to think of new concepts for future machines as well as to be responsible for the electrical design in R&D projects. Therefore one of my key qualities is to think outside the box and combine the electrical knowledge with my interdisciplinary technical understanding.
