To develop and introduce next level software & data solutions for digital farming out the cow farming machinery a Discovery process to explore and test with clients the latest innovations is introduced at Lely. On an interim basis I am supporting and coaching the Digital Farming Team(s) to design, build and implement this way of working in the growing software & data domain of Lely.

Results in 2018 has been: 1) Innovation Lab operational (KAS Lab) where teams can develop their innovation concepts2) 4 teams installed: 2 on Blockchain, 1 on Data and 1 for a new Financial Investment Product 3) Governance on Innovation set up, incl an Innovation Board 4) Executive stakeholder-management in place for support on the Innovation Goals
