About Jan De Kramer

After 20+ years as a director I now help organisations to achieve innovation and constructive development by connecting policy and people. Combining my extensive management experience with the latest scientific insights I enable change, organizing support and inspiration. Connecting people turns conflicts into opportunities and crises into fertile ground for development.
