I began my career with Telus working in the Phone Mart Stores in 2001. When the stores were closed in 2003 I joined the Call Centre Team at Canada Way as a Customer Service Representative. In March 2006 I was successful at a job posting with Home Solutions as a order entry agent, u Feb 2012 I was successful at becoming the Manager of the order entry team that I was on. I was successful at another job posting with Home Solution in Feb. 2014 as an Operations Manager. May of 2024 my title change to Sr Channel Engagement Manager. In this role I support our overseas and on shore call centers with any onboarding, offboarding and other support needed. I also manage a team of 8 operation managers who support both the Channel Managers for for our Multi Dwelling Team and our New Build Teams.
