Supporting the Quality Assurance process for swimming qualifications through verifying the process of assessment, conducting centre reviews, reviewing assessment tasks and developing policy templates for accredited training centres. Supporting the SEQ quality function in relation to developing and reviewing the awarding organisation policies and procedures and review of qualifications to ensure compliance with the General Conditions of Regulation.

Contracted to support the organisation in all quality aspects within a relatively new apprenticeship provider in readiness for inspection by Ofsted and improve the general strategic vision for the company. Structured the management systems and created the Board of Governance. Took the provider from Ofsted 'Inadequate' at monitoring to 'Good' within 6 months.
