Function: Lead HSSE (DPA) / CSO/ Technical AuthorIn the permanent staff function as Lead HSSE/ Company Security Officer and Technical author, I managed and provided Health Safety Security & Environmental guidance and advice and monitored the EMAS AMC Fleet of 10 DP2 and DP3 multipurpose subsea construction vessels, in accordance with ISM/ ISPS/ MLC, industry standards and the global company procedures. This included HSSE support for the DP3 new build vessel Constellation (Vietnam/ China).Main Tasks achieved; • Developed, improved, maintained new SMS system as the guiding document, which credited EMAS AMC the Document of Compliance as new vessel manager for 4 different Flag Administrations (Singapore, Panama, Vanuatu and Marshall Islands);• Developed, improved, maintained the global company HSSE procedures into the company Integrated Management System;• Developed, improved, maintained the vessel specific procedures/ documents; this for 10 DP2/ DP3 vessels, in accordance with ISM-ISPS-MLC;• Prepared, supported and followed up office DoC audits by recognized organizations (Lloyds Reg.), this for the Singapore HQ;• Executed and followed up internal office (DoC-ISM-MLC Singapore HQ) and vessel internal audits (DoC-ISM-ISPS-MLC EMAS AMC fleet); • Supported, advised Tender department with relevant tender information for Shell, Chevron, Total;• Supported, advised vessel management and project management during OVID/ OVPQ audits from Shell, Chevron and Total;• Organized two ship to shore emergency response drills (combined ISM + ISPS); • Involvement of the vessel crew training matrix;• Developed and maintained a good relationship with internal (all levels – onshore/ offshore) and external stakeholders (Flag Administrations, Recognized Organisations, clients and contractors) based on transparency, honesty and knowledge;• Lead on-scene investigation of several high potential LTI’s;

Papua New Guinea

Function: Offshore Superintendent – PNG LNG EPC2 Project Papua New Guinea Temporarily contracted as Offshore Superintendent (HSSEQ), I was responsible for the offshore pipe transport / charter operations during the last phase of ExxonMobil PNG LNG EPC2 offshore pipeline project. Saipem. executed the project and subcontracted the transportation contract of the transport of the 34” Gas sealine (Kuantan – Port Moresby - Semac 1) to Consolidated Pipe CarriersMain Tasks achieved• Conducted HSSEQ training to local stevedores on the pipe transport barges and bulk carriers (Green Fleet); during the project no LTI/LTA occurred;• Maintained an open and professional direct reporting line to Saipem PNG LNG EPC2 Project Manager;• Instructed / briefed charter party vessel management team regards operations; • Conducted regular, together with Saipem and ExxonMobil representative HSSE/ QA Inspections during offshore operations; • Conducted regular safety meetings / presentations for CPC Sub contracted personnel and local community;

Function: HSEQ Manager Temporarily contracted as a HSE(Q)- Manager/ advisor, I was assigned and responsible for reviewing and adjusting the van Oord management & HSSEQ procedures related to van Oord’s new Shallow Water Pipe-lay Barge (SWLB) Stingray. Main Tasks achieved• Reviewed IMS van Oord and advised van Oord Snr. management regards changes to be made related to pipe-lay operations;• Advised van Oord Snr. management regards barge specific manuals and procedures to be implemented into IMS;

Function: Project-HSEQ-S Manager In my permanent staff function as Project HSEQ Manager my key responsibilities were defined as, but not limited to; manage, develop, support and liaison in relation to all project HSSEQ related matters and documentation for CPC, this in relation to all pipe transportation contracts rewarded. Project involvement during this employment period was the Devils Creek Development Project Western Australia of Apache Oil, contracted to Sapura-Acergy JV and the PNG EPC2 Project Papua New Guinea of Exxon Mobil contracted to Saipem Asia.Main Tasks achieved• CPC’s HSSEQ representative during client meetings; Client Project Execution meeting;• Developed Project Specific documents (Project HSEQ Plan, Project Execution Plan, Emergency Response Plan, Cyclone Emergency Response Plans, Project Environmental Plans, Bridging Documents) for the pipeline transportation in accordance to client’s contractual requirements; • Participated in client’s Risk Assessments; • Conducted / facilitated project JSA’s and Risk Assessments for CPC contracted personnel and charter parties;• Advised and supported CPC’s Tender department regards HSSEQ input;• Developed and maintained CPC’s management system;

Function: HSEQ-S ManagerTemporarily contracted as HSEQ/S Manager I was assigned and responsible for the support to GSP Snr. management and owner, in relation to the review, development, maintenance and implementation of GSP Integrated Management System and to advise and integrate new procedures and manual’s suitability for GSP as a new subsea construction contractor. Further involvement was required for the development and implementation of vessel/ barges Specific procedures and manuals. (GSP Bigfoot 1 pipe-lay barge, GSP Bigfoot 2 cargo barge, GSP Bigfoot 3 heavy lift & saturation.diving barge, GSP Neptun heavy lift barge). Main Tasks achieved• Reviewed and developed HSSEQ and operation manuals / procedures; • Developed barge & vessel operation manuals for GSP Bigfoot 1, GSP Bigfoot 3 and GSP Neptun, including marine operations, pipe-lay operations, saturation diving operations and air diving operations;• Developed and implemented GSP’s general medical manual included diving medical emergencies;• Achieved IMCA diving approval for saturation dive system, dive procedures and company (GSP) approval;• Analysed, supported and advised in relation to development and implementation of company and site specific HSSEQ objectives and targets;• Analysed and advised in relation to company (GSP) HSSEQ performance;• Verification (internal auditing) of GSP subsea construction fleet certification according Flag Administration and Classification Societies;• Achieved Document of Compliance new build GSP Bigfoot 1.

Function: QA/ HSES Manager – Owner RepresentativeTemporarily contracted as QA/ HSES Manager – Company Representative on site, I was assigned and responsible for the verification and approval of all contractual QA/HSES matters during the new build of the Borealis 5000. The Borealis is a heavy lift, DP3, 1A1, DnV, NMD classed vessel equipped with 5,000t Huisman crane. Construction of the vessel and equipment took place at Nantong Yahua Shipyard China, Sembawang Shipyard Singapore, Huisman Itrec Rotterdam and Fujian Huisman Steel Manufacturing Xiamen, China. In 2010 due to the difficult market situation Nordic Heavy Lifting stopped the construction of the new build and sold the vessel to a competitor, Dyvi AS management & construction and project site team contracts were terminated.
