My specialty is that I quickly understand the overall picture of complex challenges. The most important thing for me is that when I am faced with a challenge, in addition to solving the task, is that I am seeking opportunities for improvement and increased understanding of why the challenge arose, thereby creating methods for faster solving similar challenges. That is why I always strive to find new ways of solving things. Addressing challenges by highlighting them from different angles, using different techniques and methods, and thereby creating a better and more sustainable solution. In this way, added value is created for my customers and in the process develop myself as a person. Even more important is the fact that I get the benefit of contributing to a more sustainable, smarter society through the projects I participate in my work at Sweco.
