In this role I have worked with both governance of M&A and other external businesses as well as driving or participating in initiatives. Here the opportunity to work with many other skilled professionals (i.e. in Legal, Finance, Operation, IT, Facility etc.) due to the broad scope has given a lot of experience far wider than IT.

As a part of this fantastic team I contribute to everyday development within Manufacturing & Logistics. Not only the digital part of it, but also in collaboration with business. Latest contribution was together with business startup and lead a big Logistic change initiative that expects to go on for approximately 2-3 years all in all. With the agile approach, business value will be delivered continuously.

During this period, I had a lot of different assignments such as setting up new functions, Project management, Project portfolio management, M&A initiative IT Lead and more. I also hosted an internal forum at HiQ focusing Strategy. The experience I take with me are many, but especially how to connect with new organizations and persons and come together to bring out the best result.

Chairman of the board at a school (voluntarily work) with 300 students and +45 employees. I have experienced what it means to lead where specific laws applies, leading a board, the importance of integrity connected to a school and a huge respect for the everyday heroes that teach our children every day!

As a Consultant at Volvo Cars I was assigned to build and implement a team consisting of about 8-10 persons. The team purpose was act as delivery managers for the Volvo Cars infrastructure provider called ITS (Infrastructure Technology Services). I learned a lot about what the personal service means when it comes to ordering complex equipment or services. The effectiveness of coach the requester is huge regardless of if it is done by a personal contact, Q&A and instructions. Customer care is always a good investment.

Here I had a role as Project Manager in cross company change initiatives. There were equally parts of project management, change management as development.

Set up the governance for all shared services delivered. The base was in IT- and Financial services but also Facility & HR services was in the catalogue. All services were described, presented and the processes were aligned within all areas.
