Consultant For The Early Science Initiative
The Early Science Initiative (ESI) is a research-based system of embedded professional learning and family engagement that supports early childhood programs and families of young children through promotion of science as a driving force for high quality teaching and learning for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. I lead the ESI team in designing and creating a technology-based platform (children's app and teacher's dashboard, with an embedded research design) that will be integrated into the ESI system.

Educare Learning Network - Created print and multimedia professional development program, delivered to teachers in the Educare Learning Network, that promotes young children's mindful awareness, self-regulation and executive function. Responsibilities included concept design, writing and directing of written and video content, pilot testing, and delivery of live training events. Also, worked with scholars at the University of Miami to integrate the curriculum with their Early Science Framework (piloting with select Educare sites). This program was funded by the Buffett Early Childhood Fund. Save The Children - Assisted with the analyses of data obtained from an effectiveness study of STC's home visiting program (Early Step to School Success) for families of children ages 0-to-3. Other responsibilities included analysis of other national home visiting programs.
