My duties include goal setting, leadership, oversight of at least 4 team leads and 6 specialists, and occasionally team lead trainees. I'm also responsible for client retention, client de-escalation, and implementation of upper management goals and strategies.

I supervised teams consisting of up to 5 creative solutions specialists and freelancers to carry out different tasks for both B2C and B2B clients. As part of my role, I provided live coaching and training to team members. Additionally, I was entrusted with the responsibility of maintaining and enhancing the team's fulfillment and quality metrics.
