Showground Events - Booking Entertainment for numerous events held at the showground yearly, managing acts requirements. Obtain/Manage County Show Sponsorship (£12,000+), Run Trade/Horse/Attractions, County Show arrange/over see Presidents lunch food/set up. Work along side the CEO on event days to ensure the smooth running and health and safety of events. Process all customer requirements received via phone and emails. Raise invoices and chase payment using Xero. Process Pitchup camping bookings and manage all Rally groups (£50,000+ yearly). Manage Wedding reception bookings including food and entertainment if/when required.

General Reception duties, which included match day hospitality meet and greet. Additional position processing stewards wages and holiday pay using sage.

I was responsible for general figure production, across the company a major part of my work involved the production of engineering drawings for leachate treatment plants for waste management related projects and land quality/risk assessment figures for contaminated land and environmental assessment projects. I also did some site visits when consultants required assistance.
