With a strong foundation in IT project management and technical leadership, I have successfully led large-scale, interdisciplinary projects across various sectors. Currently, as a Strategic Project Manager at the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees, I lead initiatives focused on driving innovation and enhancing operational efficiency. Previously, at Diehl Stiftung & Co. KG, I managed multiple IT infrastructure projects, coordinating international teams and ensuring IT security.As a Technical Project Manager, I oversaw agile software development teams, managed complex data migrations, and served as a Product Owner. My earlier role as a Database Administrator at ITZ Bund allowed me to automate processes, optimize applications, and contribute to a company-wide database migration.In 2024, I was named a finalist for the CIO Young Talent Award, which awarded me a scholarship to pursue my MBA at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, which I started this year. I hold a Master of Science in Physics from Friedrich-Alexander University, where I specialized in solid state Physics.My passion for solving complex challenges and driving impactful results keeps me at the forefront of IT and project management.
