ELV Estimation Engineer, AutoCAD DraftsmanCommercial Proposal/Quotation:- Understanding client requirements and budget range and fixing up meetings if necessary for further understanding.- Obtaining the specifications, BOQ, BOM, drawings, etc.- Designing security systems (CCTV, Access Control, Gate Barrier, Public Address, etc.) in compliance with specifications and procedures.- Checking the cost effectiveness.- Finding alternative solution & suppliers.- Designing the ELV system as per the requirements & re-checking with the scope & specifications.- Preparing the quotation & submitting to the clients.- Communications directly with customers either by telephone or email for clarification.Technical Proposal:- Preparing the method statement, BOQ, datasheet, licenses, design drawings, calculation, project implementation plan.- Proficient in AutoCADProject Implementation Stage:- Preparing the shop drawing, floor layouts, schematic diagram, and detailed diagram drawing.- Preparing the As-Built drawing once the project is done.- Preparing the O&M manual.
